About The Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC
In 2021, the Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC was established to [ exclusively invests ] with Black real estate entrepreneurs operating in Black communities across the Northeastern United States: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.
Due to historical and systemic barriers in the capital markets, Black real estate entrepreneurs often struggle to access investment capital.
The Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC seeks to address these [ "market imperfections" rooted in economic racism ] by providing much-needed investment capital to these Black real estate entrepreneurs.
The Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC has a strong pipeline of opportunities driven by its network of experienced Black real estate entrepreneurs who possess intimate knowledge of local markets, direct relationships with government officials and local banks, and access to top-tier industry professionals.
The current commercial real estate markets in Black communities represent a unique and compelling investment opportunity.
History shows that some of the best real estate investments were made during times of adversity similar to what we are seeing today.
In 2030, the Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC plans to expand their investments into Black communities across the U.S., including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC is committed to making a [ meaningful social impact by investing with Black real estate entrepreneurs ] to “Build Wealth and Create Jobs" in Black communities.
About The Affordable Housing Campaign Fund, LLC In 2025, the Affordable Housing Campaign Fund, LLC was established to develop and preserve affordable housing for families who rely on housing assistance programs, including Section 8—formally known as the Housing Choice Voucher Program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The Fund is committed to helping families transition from homeless shelters into safe, stable, and affordable housing.
The Affordable Housing Campaign Fund, LLC was created to raise debt capital from social impact investors willing to accept a 5% annual rate of return in exchange for supporting the development and preservation of affordable housing in underserved communities throughout the Northeastern United States, including Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.
The Fund focuses its investment capital on distressed and underutilized properties that are at risk of falling into the hands of investors whose priorities may not align with the long-term interests of the communities they serve.
By providing lower-cost capital to mission-driven housing projects, the Fund seeks to preserve affordability, expand housing opportunities for low-income families, and strengthen neighborhoods through responsible redevelopment.
